Financial advice
The Trustee and Mercedes-Benz are happy to provide you with support if you have any general questions about your Mercedes-Benz pension; however, they are unable to give you financial advice.
If you would like financial advice about your Mercedes-Benz pension, you should speak to an impartial financial adviser, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). You can find a list of financial advisers in your area by visiting unbiased.co.uk.
Tracing previous pensions
Information about the Scheme has been given to the Pensions Regulator. The Pension Tracing Service uses this information to help individuals trace former pension benefits.
If you have lost track of your pension benefits under a previous pension scheme, you can contact the Pension Tracing Service who will provide you with an up-to-date address of the trustees of that scheme.

Reporting issues with your pension
If you have an issue or complaint about your pension, please email the Scheme Administrator and they will let you know how to take the matter further.
If you are unable to resolve your issue through the Scheme Administrator and have followed the Trustee’s dispute resolution procedure then you can contact The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS) by calling 0800 011 3797 or visiting pensionsadvisoryservice.org.uk. They should be able to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
If your concern cannot be satisfactorily resolved, you can then refer it to the Pensions Ombudsman. The Pensions Ombudsman is an impartial organisation set up to investigate complaints about how a pension scheme is run.
