It’s about RealChoice

At John Hancock, we’re committed to providing benefits that support your health, money, life and career. As an eligible employee, you are automatically provided with a range of benefits beginning on your first day of work. When it comes to your other benefits, you’ve got RealChoice – including some programs you can choose to enroll in during Annual Enrollment and others you can enroll in at any time. Note that unless you experience a qualified life event (marriage, divorce, birth of a child or similar), you won’t be able to make any changes during the year.

To help you navigate all the RealChoice benefits we have to offer we’ve provided an overview below. If you have any questions, please contact the John Hancock Benefits Center at 866-927-4968, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., ET.
