Your Career

  • Compensation

Your base salary and incentive pay represent a significant portion of your total rewards at Manulife and John Hancock. For information on how our compensation programs work, click here.

  • Make the most of your career with MyCareer

Where do you see yourself in two years? Five years? What about ten? Are you leading people? Have you continued to learn and develop in what you do now, or are you doing something completely different? Whatever your goals are, developing a plan to achieve them can be daunting. After all, school may prepare us to do a job, but doesn’t necessarily show us how to successfully navigate our careers. To learn more, visit MyCareer.

  • Continuous Learning Policy

U.S. domiciled employees are eligible for 100% of tuition for qualified courses, up to $5,250 per year for undergraduate or certificate programs, and $7,500 per year for graduate study. Management approval is required. Tuition is paid up front directly to the school and is administered through Tuition Assistance Management Services (TAMS). For more information, visit AskHR and search "Continuous Learning Policy."

John Hancock and Manulife Financial reserve the right to modify or amend, at any time and in any way whatsoever, the terms of these plans, including eligibility requirements, and to terminate the plans completely.
