Dental

Time to show off those pearly whites! We offer two dental options—Dental Plan and Orthodontia Plan—administered by Delta Dental. The difference? The Dental Plan covers preventive, basic and major restorative care. The Orthodontia Plan covers the same services at a greater amount, plus orthodontia care.

Need routine care? The Dental Plan is likely all you need. Does someone in your family have braces or expecting major dental work in 2019? You may want to consider the Orthodontia Plan.

You will pay less if you use in-network dentists. Want to look up your dentist? Make sure to select the Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier Network. A best practice tip: always get an estimate for services from Delta Dental before a procedure. This will prevent any cost surprises.

Note: Review the Summary Plan Description on the John Hancock Benefits Center for coverage details. Be sure to check the provider directory before seeking care to confirm which providers participate.
