If you have any questions about One Medical, email or visit to learn more. One Medical will also be hosting Info Tables on April 24, April 30 and May 9 in the Clarendon Lobby. Stop by to learn more about One Medical, register and schedule your biometric screening!

For 2019 biometric screenings, there are two easy options starting in May.

  1. Get your annual physical with One Medical and get your Vitality biometric screening at the same time. Most insurance plans pay for a physical exam (excluding lab tests) once every 365 days so plan ahead and make your appointment. One Medical has on-site labs so you can do this all in one visit.
The good news is that John Hancock will cover all costs for the biometric screening for those enrolled in a John Hancock medical plan. If you’re not enrolled in a John Hancock medical plan, you’ll want to check with your insurance as you may be subject to co-payments and/or other out-of-pocket costs. With the high demand for annual physicals, book your exam now on or the One Medical app. One Medical has two Boston offices (28 State Street, Suite 2860 and 185 Dartmouth Street, Suite 603). You can choose either location for your annual physical, whichever is most convenient for you.
  2. The 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month are “John Hancock Biometric Screening Days” at One Medical at Copley Square (185 Dartmouth Street, Suite 603). Biometric Screenings are free for those enrolled in a John Hancock medical plan (please bring your medical insurance ID card with you to the appointment). If you’re not enrolled in a John Hancock medical plan, please check with your insurance as you may be subject to co-payments and/or other out-of-pocket costs.
Here’s what you need to do:
    1. Review appointment availability here
    2. Email with your top 3 desired appointment times by the Monday before your appointment date
    3. Submit results to Vitality before December 31, 2019 to earn points towards Wellness Credits

* For most accurate screening results, you should plan to fast 9-12 hours prior to your appointment.

John Hancock and Manulife Financial reserve the right to modify or amend, at any time and in any way whatsoever, the terms of these plans, including eligibility requirements, and to terminate the plans completely.
