    Life Coaching

    A Life Coach can assist you with short-term problem solving or help you develop a longer-term plan to make a change in your life. Life Coaches help you create an action plan and identify resources and solutions, and can provide guidance and support to help you overcome any barriers that may be standing in your way, all free of charge. Life Coaches can also help with:

    • Parenting: Developing parenting skills, staying connected as a couple, adapting to a growing family.
    • Caregiving: Caring for elders, sharing responsibilities.
    • Special Needs: Juggling a special needs child with other responsibilities.
    • Life Transitions: Adjusting to an empty nest, beginning a new job.

  • Bright Horizons Back-Up Care

    You have access to the following back-up care services for children, adults and elders:

    Center-Based Back-Up Child Care™

    The Center-Based Back-Up Child Care program provides employees with access to a nationwide network of quality child care centers that can be used when the employee’s regular child care arrangements are not available. The daily fee is $20 per child per day with a family maximum of $35 per day.

    In-Home Back-Up Child Care

    Bright Horizons also has a nationwide network of trained and licensed professionals for in-home back-up child care. Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Advantage Program will locate a provider who meets your specific needs and make all the arrangements for you. The cost is $7 per hour.

    In-Home Back-Up Adult/Elder Care

    Bright Horizons also offers a network of trained and licensed home health care professionals to provide back-up adult/elder care services, including providing companionship, preparing meals, light housekeeping, prompting for medication, socializing and personal care services. The cost is $7 per hour. Please note that advance registration is required for all types of care.
